A mother and son home during a break in were forced to hide in an attic while on the phone with her husband, he was on another phone with 911. The intruder was armed with a crow bar. He told her to keep calm and if he did come into the attic, to shoot the intruder, as he had showed her how to use the gun for safety. The intruder did come into the bathroom and Donnie, the mother hiding with her 6 year-old son, shot th gun 6 times, hitting him 5 of those times. I think it was a great idea that the husband taught her how to use a gun inside something like this happened. This Georgia mom is now looked at as a role model to other mothers.

Elephant Calf Reunited with His Mother

This story is about a baby elephant that fell into a man-made well and two men and a Land Rover were determined to pull the baby out and reunite him with his mother. The article was touching and all but the video of the baby and it’s mother reuniting was so cute. It was amazing to see the mens’ hard work pay off. It’s amazing how one little act of kindness can go such a long way.
